Shipping Methods and Times
We ship all orders via DHL or USPS and offer three levels of service:
- Standard - 5 to 10 business days from the day your order ships
- Express - 3 to 7 day from the day your order ships
Drop Ship and Custom Products
We offer a wide range of products that are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. These items will ship separately from other items in your order. Processing time for drop shipped products varies depending on the manufacturer, but typically add 1 to 2 business days. Customized products may take an additional 3-7 business days to process regardless of the selected shipping method.

Due to the seasonal and event based nature of our inventory, we may occasionally run out of stock of certain items before your order is processed. In cases where the item will not be reordered, we will cancel the item from your order. In cases where the item will be reordered, we will offer you the option of waiting for the item to come back into stock or canceling the item from your order.

Shipping & Handling Fees
Shipping and handling fees depend upon the method of delivery. All standard delivery orders include a handling fee and applicable shipping charges. When you fill out the online order form and select a method of delivery, our system automatically calculates and displays the shipping charges for your review.
You will automatically receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped! If not, please contact us. The tracking Numbers could take 2-4 days to have an updated status. Tracking Numbers without updated information is not an indication of idle parcel or inactivity. Most of the time it merely means that the shipping company did not update their system on time, even when packages are shipped within the usual time frame.
